Kevin,

Yes we have a problem in Germany, and from past experience probably Holland
and Belgium as well  :-(   .

Is this a user configurable option - if so where,  or do we need to load a
Country specific version of code ?

Correct, the frequency is controlled by the software now. It is country
dependent....do you have a particular problem, or just curiosity?
