Hmmm, interesting.  I haven't heard back from BellSouth yet on the 
line configuration question.  I did go back and check for this.

In my case, it's the opposite, the BRI's that are misbehaving will
accept analog calls to their _second_ number but will accept ISDN data
calls to the either the first or second numbers.  And in theory, the
line that is working is provensioned the same as the others...
