Hi Daniel,
I asked it several times, and finally I just gave up with this question.
Ascend ignored me, and no one in this (great) list has one simple answer for
this behavior.
If you put this MAX in a 10Mb device, it will show "near" figures - just as
your other MAXes.
But when you use 100Mb full-duplex (I guess you are), you get these figures.

I am running a 6096 with 7.0.4 and noticed the following..
Rx Pkt: 12281293
Tx Pkt: 977
in the ethernet window...What the heck is going on!
My other maxes are pretty close on those two numbers.
