	The way we did it, is 200VA per 4048 with modems and 250VA for
4004 with modems. We used a ratio of 1 VA = .9 Watt, and we always left
about 100VA for safety. So on a 1kVA UPS, you fit 4 4048 and 1
etherswitch.
