Jim,

It uses a Dynamic Algorithm to calculate if the
utilization is below the threshold (eg 70%) and 
it will drop the channel automatically.

"Target Util" parameter can be found in the
connection profile of the pipeline. Make sure
that you have "base ch count = 1" , "min ch count=1"
and "max ch count = 2" under the "Encaps Options ..."
menu of connection profile.

access using ISDN.  The dialup works great...we have them set to dialup 1
channel and add the second as bandwidth requires...now the question; How
do you set the box to drop the second channel when not needed anymore?
