Actually the newest P130 version is 6.1.42, but I don't see 
anything in the release notes since 6.1.19 that should apply to NAT.

I've not seen any problems like this in the 6.x branch.
As long as you aren't running Frame Relay over the T1,
I'd say try 6.1.9 instead, then 6.1.42.

What type of NAT, Single-IP or Multi?
Is the P50 acting as a DHCP server also?
any active routing (RIP)?
