(ASCEND) Bug in 7.0.4 for TNT

Ascend Tech Support told me yesterday that there is a bug in 7.0.4 for
the MAX TNT where when the controller clears some software queues it
seems to forget about the current in-use modems.  The reason I called
was that we have 144 modems in our TNT and if you take the number of
active dial-up users and do a 'modem -a' and count the number of
available modems; then add the two together you only get 115 modems.
They also said the bug caused problems with HDLC channels also.
    Has anyone run into this problem?
