He said hes using SDSL, which doesnt go much faster than T1 (about 2.3m is
the fastest SDSL I have seen). Dont know what SDSL Ascend uses but I
suspect its less than 2.3m

I assume he wants to bond SDSL because he is getting dry pairs to run 
SDSL around T1 speeds which is about 1/10 the cost of T1s.

So its nice to say you can do X or Y or Z with T1s and ATM and inverse
muxes, but its probably not cost effective for him, as it would be an
order of magnitude more expensive.
