(ASCEND) TNT: multiple T3's into one stack

We have a stack of 3 TNT chassis. These boxes are filled with modem cards
and (2) T3 cards. We have grown past the first T3, and have just gotten
(6) T1's turned up on the 2nd T3. Unfortunately, we have run into
a small problem. The new T1's seem to be up (LA state, no alarms, etc),
and when I place a call to them (currently a different phone number
from the first T3) I see the call come into the TNT on channel 1...
then it seems to move to channel 2 (based on the 'line' status window) ...
and then gives me a busy signal. Up until I get the busy signal, I
just hear 'dead air'.

I've checked everything I can think of (call routing is set for
'any slot, any modem' just like the rest, etc).

If anyone out there also has multiple T3's feeding into a single
TNT stack, and has any tips/pointers/advice at all, it would
be *greatly* appreciated!

We're running 7.2.3, and the box does nothing more than terminate
analog modem calls....no ISDN, etc.

Thanks in advance...
