(ASCEND) Force PPP for certain users

I have this internittent problem with a school system that uses linux
servers to dial into our Maxes in one county.  I can't get in touch with
the sys admin, because he works for the state and is largely
unavailable.  Therefore, I don't know what kind of login script they use
or whether it's something like WVDial, or what.  What I need to try to
figure out is if I can force certain users (the schools) to get a PPP
session started, rather than Termsrv, as shown below.  Any ideas?
