My fault, my fault.. Now I know why standard speed for console is just
9600.

I had configured higher speed, but it was on 9600 before booting the
image. I found the right speed, and changed it back to 9600.

Thanks to the list (and the people that have answered me personally),
and forgive my stupidity :)
