(ASCEND) PIPLINE 75 CALLER ID VOTE

I would like to know if anybody on this list has Caller ID functioning on 
a Pipeline 50/75/85?

These are specific areas I am interesting in:

1. CID being delivered to the analog ports (75/85 only)
2. CID showing up in the status display area (00-200)
3. CID showing up in the syslog.

For the record this is what I have with a pipeline 75 with Revision 7.3.2 
firmware:

1.   CID doesn't ever come out the analog ports!

2&3. CID in the status display and in the syslog reports have the same 
fault: Sometimes it works but mostly it doesn't! Then randomly on 
outgoing calls, the CID of previous incoming calls is used in error as 
the called-number. This invalid use of incoming caller ID to identify 
outgoing calls can happen days after the actual inbound call occurred.

This situation has remained the same for as long as I have been blowing 
firmware into the pipeline, from release 5 over the last 2 years! CID 
works perfectly with our isdn exchange which shares the s-bus with the 
pipeline.

Is it impossible to get 'em to fix this!
