You did it correctly.

For the rest who are wondering:  Mail to crossfire-request@ifi.uio.no (NOT
crossfire@ifi.uio.no!) to subscribe or unsubscribe.  It's also
possible to ask to unsubscribe, but to still get announcements.

I'm handling all requests manually though, thus I don't mail any confirmation
message, nor do I handle requests while sleeping.
