Here, here. I've never heard of such guillable shopkeepers. They all
invest in magic to prevent you casting spells within their shop, so
you'd think they would protect against amazingly charismatic customers.
And anyway what sort of business do they think they are running , 
letting their profits be slashed by a pretty face / charming voice?
