   First, you go out on alt.config and wait for the instructions to go by.
 While you're waiting, pay attention and watch everyone get their heads
 chewed off.  Don't do what they're doing.  (:
 
  Not rushing it is very important.  Really.  Not rushing things will 
  get your group propagated far and wide, if you're lucky.
