If both path_attuned and path_repelled are set the effect should be null.
However there is one side effect of having both set - now no other object
which has path_attuned or path_repelled with have an effect because it will
be cancelled by the attuned or repelled of the amulet.

It is the same as this, and an object with both protect and vulnerable
doesn't give you an immediate benefit, but it does protect you from an
object that gives you vulnerable.
