CF: Attacking Speed+Bonecrusher

Hmmm this has probably been suggested before, but why not make it so there's
a time delay between starting attacking a monster and a weapon landing for the
first blow (depending on your attack speed)...this would remove the problem 
of say the Bonecrusher, which can kill a lot of monsters with the first hit, 
so it doesnt matter if you've got a speed of 0.01 when you wield it.
