Sure, there is one in Yarid's House in Scorn, and maybe on other locations.

Adding some to the bug list:

- I noticed that sometimes all wooden doors facing south are missing. But I
  don't know how to reproduce this.
- depletion on death doesn't work. Is there maybe a restoration
  invoked on the player which removes depletion after death?
