CF: W.Speed

Something is wrong with the coding of the weapon speed. 

On the web it is explained that the higher the speed, the faster attacks.

This explains that:
- higher dex = higher speed

But it is very strange that:
- high encumbrance = higher speed (that often means lower str = higher speed)
- wielding the Bonecrusher gives a higher w.speed than wielding any other
of the artifact sword.

In conclusion: I started with a high w.speed at low levels with lousy stats
and lousy weapons. Now I wield the Demonbane +7, have maxed my stats, and
have a w.speed as low as 0,20 !
