CF: Unable to connect to local server

Hello,

I sent two subscription request but neither one seems to have worked.
So I'm sending this in the blind and hoping for a solution. Please 
send any replies to me at ron@nova.umuc.edu.

My problem is that when I try to run the crossclient from the same
host that the server is running on, I receive the following message:

     Failed to set listen to 0:

Then the crossclient quits and the server aborts. Any ideas as
to what is happening? The compilation worked without any errors.
