I have already tried to write a "newbie introduction" several times...
and haven given up the same number of times -:( Maybe I'll try
again; but writing doesn't seem to be one of my strengths -:(

Also, it seems the newbie times are to far back --- when I make a new
character (for whatever reason; I recently made one to speed up doing
raffle2 --- I want the cloak of magic resistance and the white dragon
scale mail -:)), it tends to have the standard equipment from the very
beginning (so, a few minutes after birth, he can go to do the ten armies).
Maybe I should try to build a character from scratch before attempting to
write down good tactics to do so -:)
