Yuck.

People would be CONSTANTLY fiddling with their INVENTORY.
THIS IS NO FUN WHATSOEVER.

I don't play the game to screw with my inventory all the time!

If you MUST make the game harder, why not go make better maps?
That at least makes the game more FUN and not more TEDIOUS.
