Same with levitation.

In fact, levitation should also ease travel over woodlands and
mountains, but I haven't tried it yet.  I imagine wind could be a
problem.

Hmm.  Levitation by itself should increase the mass carrying capability
of the character.  If you have above a certain mass, you won't get up.
