I saw that two. 
The fix is to reset the apartment building which is probably not a good
solution.  Time will do this.

The House is a ghost it does not realy exist. It may be posible to fix
this in ``unique_items'' some how.

The change was to make the apartments more distinct to the other
buildings. If you look I have tried to make buildings more distinct and
randomised all over the city to make it look more natural and reliestic.
Especially for buidling with actual maps connected.
