Ooo... The colors..



Just thinking about RedHat's coloring scheme for init scripts, I realized that
it was pretty strange that they still haven't figured out how to do 'ls' in
color..

My tip o' the decade: (Slackware already does this. Maybe other distros do it,
too)

alias ls='ls --color=tty -F'

(the syntax may be different for shells other than bash, IIRC)  Put it in your
~/.bashrc or ~/.profile or other similar file, so that it gets read whenever you
start bash..
