RE: [TCLUG:9741] PPP redial problem
I wonder if this is a bug in the linuxconf setup then. This is what
linuxconf is showing:
[X] Activate interface at boot time
[X] Set default route
[X] restart link when connection fails
We'll see what happens now after I added that.

By default it's not in there. Just add it under the word lock. You can
also specify other pppd options if you want. If you have more than 1
modem, you can break options out by tty device.
/etc/ppp/options.ttyS0
/etc/ppp/options.ttyS1
etc.
