ok.. here's the deal with the 128k thing.. 128k is an average monthy
bandwidth usage.  with a burst rate of 1.544Mbit. (full T1)

we have aprox 8 boxes hooked up right now, with web and shell services
running.. email, etc.. about 30 people are ircing 24/7 from here.. plus
daily debian updates, and web surfing.. we manage to keep under 30k
monthly average..
