Probably the easiest way to accomplish this (in Word) would be to set up a
header. From the 'View' menu choose 'Headers and Footers'. This will
draw a dotted line around the header at the top of the page and pop up a
'header and footer' toolbar. Any text you place in that box will be
printed at the top of every page. You can also do all sorts of fancy
stuff like automagikally incrementing page numbers, setting up seperate
headers for odd / even pages, etc.
Cool stuff.
Office and Outlook 98 are the only things Microsoft got right.
