more fun with multiple nics

Ok so I think I finally got my IP Maquerading setup but it still doesn't
work. I ran ifconfig and noticed that both of my cards were on the same
IRQ. I shuffled the cards and now there are on seperate IRQ's but the
light isn't on the second nic{eth1}.

Both cards use the same driver {tulip} are there any special
requirements such as loading two copies of the module or????

everything else seems to be working so why no link?
