Ahh....finally, I've managed to get it downloaded.  

I'm working on installing it now, and will proceed with
pushing it onto an FTP.  I intend to put it on my server,
but its attached with an ISDN and thats a bit slow for a
140MB file.  Anybody have a faster location for this, assuming
there is any kind of interest?

I'll let you know how the install goes, and my thoughts, later...
