POP in Sprint-land???

Does anyone know of an ISP that has a POP in Sprint-land up here in
Rogers (Plymouth/Maple Grove area)?  We are looking at getting
Point-to-point or Frame so we can do an IP-based WAN with our South
Georgia office.  Our problem is that we are located in a Sprint Local
Telco service.  To use an ISP located in USWest Local Telco Service,
we will have to pay InterLata charges.  This effectively raises a
$600-800 Frame or $800-1100 Point-to-point (on the high ends) by
$500-800 each respectively.  We're talking a $1,700-1,800
T1 point-to-point!  Ouch!
