RIO software

Cannot believe I did not get into the mp3 thing until now. 

Using Grip, I encode at 128kbits/sec and it sounds pretty good. 

I have played with the 2 RIO admin packages for linux and they are pretty pool
:-( 

I tried Grio and Krio. Anyone have any other recommendations?
