Some BitchX documentation

Okay, I know that `BitchX' and `documentation' are two words that
usually don't exist in the same sentence, but I've done a little bit of
work to change that..  With some help from the /HELP inside BitchX and
the web page http://www.valinor.sorcery.net/~liam/bx/, I've put together
a text file containing most of the BitchX commands.  It's not completely
documented, but it's better than the BitchX help itself (unless the
`good' documentation is just hidden from us mere mortals..)
