Not so crazy if you ever consider what it takes to get Onvoy to get Covad 
to get USWorst to do any work.  More like a sick joke (as I wait for the 
fourth week on word about getting my IDSL data loop installed from 
USWorst).  Apparently, the Onvoy/Covad pairing are in a bit of a pissing 
match with USWorst, so God help any individual that gets caught between 
them.  I almost considered Roadrunner (which is now available in my area), 
but their agreement conditions are incredibly restrictive.  Combined with 
the level of service to be expected from AOL/TimeWarner, and I think I'll 
pass on that.
