I have personally had wonderful luck with Mutiwave Technologies
(www.mwave.com).  The prices are pretty fair, not awful shipping costs and
they let you know which things are in stock or when they will be.  I've
purchased most of the hardware for the last few servers from them--All I
needed was there in the catalog which is also easy to navigate.
