When i bought my computer parts online i went to www.pricewatch.com to find
the lowest prices. I found an online company that had most or at least some
of my parts at a reasonable price.  Then i went to www.resellerratings.com
to check to see what other people thought of the place.  Shipping can be
aweful, so make sure you know what you're getting into.
