Well, I used to have a pair of pdp-11/70's that I got for $5 ea. at the
Sandia National Labs salvage yard. They mostly sat in a 6' relay rack in
the garage, but you could toggle bits in the register and make them add.
Actually, I do know someone that is getting rid of a VAX. If you're
interested, I'll see what it is and if it's still available.
Truthfully, though, I'd get a kick out of rigging some of the old DEC hard
drives -- I think Linux supports the fs!
