good web hosting

Hi! I'm new to the list.  I will be moving to MN in a
few weeks and I am shopping for a good local 
web hosting service.  They must have MySQL/PHP and, of
course, good service reliable etc..
Any recommendations, good, bad expirences, would be
truly helpfull.
