Actually ttssh (TeraTerm with ssh extentions) does support X forwarding
via ssh. So you could be running an X server (like exceed) and then run
ttssh and open an X app which should be all encrypted.
To answer the original question, Exceed is a great X server for windows.
But it is pretty expensive. I don't know of any 'free' X servers, but
there are a few 'cheap' ones. Check out http://winfiles.com or
http://tucows.com or just use google.
