        if we have the Indys by that time, should we have an Indy
Installfest at the same time, or on some other occasion?

if at the same time:
        only have to schedule one installfest

separate Installfest:
        people more focused
        won't leave out the newbies who'll come to the general installfest
        keeps it from going too long and getting too complicated.
