Oh yeah, I was going to say that I also have a few outgoing packet rules
that will fiddle with the `type-of-service' field in tcp packets.  I've
set some rules to set the minimum latency field when I'm connected over
SSH..  I'm not sure if it really works, as many routers just ignore
those fields, but it might help out in certain situations (how to do
this should be covered in the IPChains HOWTO)
