The NVidia license

     Check out this shitty part of the license for their drivers.
Why did VA go along with something like this:

2.1.2 Limitations. 

No Reverse Engineering. Customer may not reverse engineer, decompile,
or disassemble the SOFTWARE, nor attempt in any other manner to
obtain the source code.

     If NVidia is going to play like that, they can forget about
me ever buying or promoting their cards.  Pretty disappointed in
VA for not getting them to abandon microsoftian ways and adopt
the very style of thinking which has made them an assload of money.
