I've made up my mind that my next system will be an Athlon regardless of what Intel does next. I'm currently drooling over the Abit KA7 for my mobo choice. It's 200 Mhz FSB with 4 DIMM slots, capable of 2 GB RAM. And of course it has all the DMA/66 stuff as well. My only reserve at this point is that it uses the VIA chipset. I've heard from a few reliable technicians that the VIA is not a good choice. Does anyone have any opinions on that?
