RE: DNS and Apache Server
Could it be the reverse entry that is not correct? I don't remember what
Apache does at startup, but it may be attempting to resolve its own hostname
based on its IP address?
11.28.5.10.in-addr.arpa. IN PTR www.foo.bar.
