Well, maybe there are problems, and service isn't what you want it to be.
But ultimately you need to decide whether it's overall better than a modem
(or whatever you're using now), and enough so to justify the additional
cost. 

Esp. if you sign up when installation and hardware are provided, it's not
that dangerous a gamble.
