Heh, that looks a lot like a project I've been tinkering with (I will
soon be living in an apartment with 3 other people who all have
significant music collections).  I probably would have found it, but
it's pretty hard to find anything useful by going to Google and typing
in `mp3 server'...

But heck, I'm learning some PHP and Perl ;-)
