Actually, the only times I've had to reboot Win2k is: Leaving/joining a domain. Installing really stupid 3rd party software that forces a reboot. I hear you have to reboot when you change settings on ISA PnP devices, but I've don't use any of those, so it doesn't really affect me. Nick Reinking
