While that's kinda, true, it's it is also not true.

The head NT admin at SuperValu here does about 90%
of his work on the DOS command line.  That doesn't
suggest to me that it is completely useless as an administration
tool.

One of his things is the 'net' command which he uses to mount
machines, and then launch applications that are running on them.

It's pretty impressive, although it's not as powerful as the UNIX
way of doing it.
