Actually they've been doing pretty good for me.  Every now and again the IDSL
goes down for some reason or another and it's up in an hour or so.  Usually
it's just when I want to go look something up on the web though.  I haven't
had any problems with congestion or latency, then again I can only get 144K
anyway.
