Slackware 3.3 and modems
Any suggestions for a modem? Winmodems are worthless with
Linux. If I use command line email and news readers, 33.6K will do fine, but in
xwindows, speed may be an issue, hence the reason to shell (no pun intended,
folks :-)) out the extra $ for 56Kflex or V.90. Which makes and models are
recommended?
